To view and download invoices up to 12 months old, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to https://app.joinhomebase.com/ on your laptop/desktop.
- Select your profile icon in the upper right corner of the purple navigation menu. This icon may show your initials if you've not yet uploaded a profile photo.
- Tap "Billing" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the Billing section, underneath your listed subscriptions.
- Tap Download Invoice beside any transaction.
If you've paid for your Homebase account via the Homebase mobile app, you'll see your transaction history by accessing your payments via the App or Google Play Store. See detailed instructions on accessing payment history for your store below:

If you've paid for Homebase via an integrated Point of Sale or Payroll partner, Homebase will not have generated invoices for these transactions. Please contact your Point or Sale or Payroll Partner directly for help in retrieving invoices for payments made through their site.
