You can enable auto clock-out if you are concerned about employees forgetting to clock-out, or if your business has certain restrictions that require employees to be done at a specific time (like those inside a mall). This feature is available on our Plus and Enterprise plans.
- Sign in to your Homebase account.
- Select the Settings tab in the top navigation bar.
- Select Schedule Enforcement from the navigation bar on the left.
- Check the box next to Automatically clock out employees to enable the feature.
- Select 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
- Click Save Changes in the upper right corner of the page.
- We will document the Auto Clock-Out event in the timesheet for your records.
**Note: This feature poses potential compliance risks for merchants. We recommend that merchants who may have employees working beyond their scheduled hours to be mindful in implementing.
