This area will display the breaks the employee took during their shift.
- Click the drop-down arrows to display the exact clock-in/clock-out times.
- If the employee missed breaks during this time, Homebase will highlight the errors & give you the option to Add or Dismiss.
- The setting "Convert excess time from a paid break to an unpaid break" does not impact this timecard section, only the timesheets.
- This feature is available on the ☆ Essentials Plan & up.

Employee Note: If an employee added Notes from using their Homebase mobile app, the note will appear here. Employees & managers are able to see these notes.
- Manager Notes: Here, manager-facing notes can be added. Employees will not see these notes.

When clocking in on the mobile app or tablet time clock, you can see the Shift Pic and the GPS snapshot of where the employee clocked in.
- If the employee is clocking in/out via Mobile Time Clock - the GPS snapshot will pinpoint exactly where the employee clocked in/out for their shift & breaks.
- If the employee is clocking out via Tablet Time Clock - this area will show a photo that was taken of the employee as then clocked in/out for their shifts & breaks. In order for this photo to be taken, the tablet must have a front-facing camera.

This displays any time card history: The clock-in from the employee, the device they clocked in.

This will also display any manager edits, and the name of the person editing.

If Time Clock rounding is enabled, this information will be displayed here.

If Cash & Credit Tip columns are enabled, the option to add tips to timecards will appear.

If you are connected to a POS (Point of Sale) Integration, your tips will Import from your POS.
