Why is Homebase reviewing my account for Cash Out?

Sometimes our system needs a few hours to review your account. It is looking at your connected bank account and work history to determine how much of your pay you will be able to access early. This process takes less than 24 hours so check back tomorrow for the results.

You will be able to access more of your pay early if you connect your primary bank account. This is where you receive direct deposits and do most of your spending. If you did not connect your primary bank account, you can update it in the Cash Out section of the Homebase mobile app.
