Password Resets
Follow the steps below to reset your password via web or log in on mobile app:
Web
1. Head to the Homebase sign-in page.
2. Click Forgot password.
3. Confirm your email address & click send sign-in link.
4. Check your email. (The subject link is Homebase Forgot Password.)
5. Click the link in the email to automatically sign in to Homebase.
6. Follow the prompts to update your password
Mobile App
Please note: you are not able to reset your password via the mobile app. To reset your password via mobile web browser, please click this link on your mobile device and follow the steps above.
1. Open the Homebase mobile app.
2. Tap Forgot password.
3. Confirm your email address & click send sign-in link.
4. If your email is set up through your phone, click the email link to open your email app. If not, visit your email.
5. Tap the link in the email to automatically sign in to Homebase.
Password Updates
If you are already signed in to your Homebase account and wish to update your password follow the steps below:
1. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner, then click My Settings.
2. Click the blue pencil icon next to Profile Info or Change Password under Language Preferences
3. Follow the prompts to change your password
4. Click Save Changes in the top right to save your changes.
Troubleshooting Steps: Password Reset Email
Having trouble finding your password reset email? Here are some best practices to consider:
- If you're having trouble finding your email, use the search bar at the top of your email
- Be sure to use keywords like "Homebase" or "password reset"
- Support emails generally come from an email with our domain: joinhomebase.com, you can use this to search your inbox too!
- Check all of your inboxes, it may be hiding under a specific label!
- Sometimes support emails can be sorted in different inboxes, depending on which email service you have.
- Some common inboxes to check: Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Social.
- Report our emails as "Not Spam"
- If you have reported Homebase as spam in the past, our emails may stay hidden from you!
- Make sure you haven't blocked our email or marked us as spam! This will help make sure that you will receive our emails with no problems.
