How to Fix No-Shows in your Timesheets

"No-Shows" populate in your timesheets when your employee is scheduled for a shift, but does not clock in. There are three (3) ways to fix a no-show in your timesheets: Resolving the time card by adding a reason, resolving the time card by adding the hours and breaks as scheduled, or deleting the shift in the schedule.

Resolve by Adding a Reason

  1. Click on the timecard that is labeled "no-show"

     

    No

     

  2. Click "Resolve" under the hours worked

     

    No

     

  3. Click "Add a reason for a no-show"

     

    No

     

  4. Choose one of the reasons for a no show, if none of these apply you can select "other".

  5. After selecting a reason, add notes to document more info and save changes.

Resolve by Adding Hours and Breaks as Scheduled

  1. Click on the timecard that is labeled "no-show"

     

    No

     

  2. Click "Resolve" under the hours worked

     

    No

     

  3. Click "Add hours and breaks as scheduled"

     

    No

     

  4. The info will automatically populate in the timecard

     

    No

     

  5. Edit any info necessary to make sure the timecard is accurate
  6. Save your changes

 

Resolve by Deleting the Shift in the Schedule

  1. Look at the time card that is labeled "no-show" and get the date

     

    No

     

  2. Click schedule in the top left navigation

     

    No

     

  3. Find the shift that you want to delete, hover over it, and click the trash icon to delete.

     

    No

     

  4. Publish your changes to confirm
  5. The shift should disappear from your timesheets once the shift is deleted
