Set-Up Clock Out Reminders

In this article, we'll walk you through how to activate Homebase's automated clock-out reminders. Automated Clock-Out Reminders for Streamlined Time Management: Enhance your workforce efficiency with Homebase's smart feature that sends text and push notifications to employee phones and apps. These reminders are triggered about 10 minutes after a shift ends, helping to manage overtime costs and maintain accurate time records. 

1. Select Settings in the left menu

    

   

    

2. Select Schedule Enforcement in the left sidebar

    

   

    

3. Check the box that says Prevent early clock in from breaks

    

   

    

4. Save Changes in the top right corner
