Reports Overview
The Reports Overview shows a dashboard of all the different reports that Homebase can track for you. This is great when you need to view all the info at a glance.
Scheduled vs Actual hours
The Scheduled vs. Actual Hours report shows you the amount of hours an employee was scheduled, vs. the amount of time they were clocked in. This info is pulled from the Schedules made in the Schedule Builder, and the employee's hours when clocked in. Please note that if your employees do not clock in and out using the Homebase Mobile App or Tablet Time Clock, their hours will not be reflected in this report.

On-time arrival
The On-Time Arrival report shows you how often your employees are clocking in and out on time. The clock-in time is based on the hours that were scheduled.
Payroll
Shift Feedback is a report that shows the feedback employees have given in the Homebase Mobile App. Employees are able to rate their shifts at the time of clock out, and when that information is submitted you can view it here.

Hourly Labor Costs
Hourly Labor Costs will show you the sales vs. labor for each day by the hour. Information for the labor costs is calculated by the wages assigned to your employees.
Labor by role
Labor cost by role, or job title, pulls info from the roles & wages assigned to your employees.

Sales vs Labor breakdown by hour, or day.
Sales Summary
Sales vs. Labor report shows a breakdown by hour or day.
Departments
Weekly sales, shifts, labor expense, and labor as % of sales by department. Each role can be assigned to a different department, this report pulls info from the departments that your employee roles are assigned to.
Certifications
You can track your employee's certifications to make sure that they are staying compliant. View all of the certifications and expiration dates under Certificates. Homebase can also alert you 10 days before your employee's certification expires.
