If you still have a balance due after a repayment has occurred it can be due to one of the following:
You may have an existing balance due from a Cash Out taken on during your current pay period. Please double check your recent activity (Cash Out History) and verify.
The debit card on file is no longer connected to our system and we did an ACH repayment. These types of repayments take up to 3 business days to clear. Please wait 3 business days to see if the balance is cleared.
Note: When you take out multiple Cash Outs, the advances are paid out individually. Additionally, on the repayment date the Cash Outs you received are pulled as 1 transaction from your bank account (or in partial amounts as low as $25)
If you still believe that the balance is incorrect, please submit a ticket with a screenshot of recent activity screen.
