Homebase cannot import employee data from your POS if your employee is marked as terminated in Homebase.
To find a terminated employee and rehire them
- Sign in to your Homebase account.
- Select the Team tab in the top navigation bar.
- Under the Team heading in the top left corner, check the box next to Show Terminated.
- Once you find the employee in question, click the three dots at the far right of their entry, then click Rehire.
- You may need to update their phone or email to ensure their info is up-to-date.
