Homebase makes HR and organization easier with the Notes tab on employee profiles.
On Homebase, owners and managers are able to input Notes for individual employees on their Team page profiles to keep more detailed and time-stamped records for employees. This feature is on our Essentials plan and up. Click here to view our billing page to upgrade.
How to make Employee Notes:
1.) Log in with administrator credentials at http://app.joinhomebase.com
2.) Click the Team page on the left-hand navigation bar.
3.) Choose the employee’s name that you would like to add a note for.
4.) Click the Notes tab at the top of the pop-up profile.
5.) In the Notes field, you are able to enter in and Save any notes you’d like time-stamped for later review.
Voila! You are now a well-oiled and organized machine.
