Your employees can leave notes on their timecard if they have anything they’d like to record. You can view those notes in your admin account.
- Sign in to your Homebase account.
- Select the Timesheets tab in the top navigation bar.
- Select a date range, view, and/or an employee name to view time cards.
- Click on a timecard to see any notes left by your employee.
- Open your Homebase Employee Scheduling app.
- Tap Timesheets on the lower navigation bar.
- If you have multiple locations, select the location you want to access.
- Select the employee and time card you wish to view.
- Tap the time card to view any notes.
