If you schedule managers on your Homebase account but do not require them to clock in to track their time, you can disable the notifications for individual profiles.
- Sign in to your Homebase account.
- Select Team in the top navigation bar.
- Select the employee's name to open their personal profile.
- Select the Locations & PINs tab.
- Check the box that reads “Exclude employee from location alerts”.
- Save Changes in the top right corner.
- You will no longer receive notifications or alerts if the manager does not clock in for a scheduled shift.
