After you receive your paycheck, we automatically debit the bank account that received the Cash Out. If you picked instant delivery, we also charge the $4.99 instant fee at this point.
If we are unable to withdraw all of the funds on your payday, we will continue to try to initiate a repayment. If don’t have the full amount in your bank account on payday, we may collect partial repayments (minimum of $25).
We check your bank balance before attempting a repayment to avoid overdrafts. However, there are sometimes situations out of our control that may cause an overdraft. If you experience this, please contact support at cashout@joinhomebase.com.
If you'd like, you can pay us back manually using any debit card by visiting the Money tab in your mobile app. Failure to pay back a Cash Out may prevent you from using Homebase Cash Out in the future.
