Why is Cash Out unavailable in my account?

We are sorry that Cash Out is unavailable to you. This may be due to a variety of reasons including:

  • Your profile is set up as an Owner
  • Additional information is required for verification
  • Cash Out is no longer offered by your employer
  • Temporary system maintenance
  • You have not paid back one or several previous Cash Outs on time
  • Your connected bank account is currently ineligible
  • You are not in a supported area. Cash Out is currently not available outside of the US or in the state of Connecticut.
