Homebase determines your eligibility and available Cash Out amount from your connected bank account. At minimum, your bank account must:

  1. Receive at least two $200 direct deposit paychecks in the last 32 days from your job that uses Homebase. Paper checks, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App do not qualify.
  2. Meet minimum transaction requirements of at least 8 days with a transaction in the last 30 days.
  3. Be a US checking account open in the United States for at least 30 days
  4. Have a connected debit card. Prepaid debit, secured credit, and traditional credit cards do not qualify.

These requirements help us confirm your bank is active, set repayment on your next payday, and give you the maximum limit possible. You will get the best access if you connect your primary account with most of your income and spending. Additionally, avoiding overdrafts and late fees increases your Cash Out limits.

Eligibility requirements are strictly enforced and cannot be overridden.
