In order to request a Cash Out, the debit card on file must be connected to the bank account that you signed up with. Homebase verifies that the debit card is connected to your bank account by sending a 2 cent micro transaction to the debit card.
If we are unable to send you the micro transaction or if the micro transaction does not show up in your bank account within 24 hours, we cannot verify your debit card.
Actions that you can take to make sure that your debit card gets verified:
- Add a debit card that is connected to the bank account linked to Homebase Cash Out
- Ensure that your name is listed on the bank account linked to Homebase Cash Out
- Ensure that your card is able to receive transactions
