Registration Steps:
- Register your business
- Go to the South Carolina DOR
- Click on MyDORWAY
- Review application instructions and select next
- Select Register a new South Carolina business or Remote Seller
- Select type of ownership from drop down menu and complete application
- You should receive your SC Withholding File Number

- Create a username and password
- Go to MyDORWAY
- Click sign up
- Select Create your profile

South Carolina State Unemployment Insurance

State Unemployment Income Tax (SUI)
Registration Steps:
- Register your business
- Go to the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce
- Click Employers
- Under I need to, click Register for an Account - Employers
- Review instructions and click next
- Create a username and password
- Authenticate account and sign in
- Go to the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce
- Click Employers
- Under I need to, click Authenticate my Account- Employers
- Enter Employer Account ID and PIN
- Go back South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce
- Under Log Into My Account, click Employers
