Registration Steps:
- Create a username and password and register for a Kansas Withholding Tax Account Number
- Go to Kansas Department of Revenue
- Select Customer Service Center
- Select Register Now
- Create a Username or password and security questions and answers
- Select continue and complete information
Update your Homebase account with your Kansas Withholding Tax Account Number. Your tax account number is required for all Kansas interactions to ensure your account is accurate.

State Unemployment Tax (UI)
Registration Steps:
- Create a username and password and register with the Kansas Department of Labor for unemployment taxes
- Go to Kansas DOL
- Click on “Go to registration”
- Create a Username or password
- Select register
- Complete steps for registration
- You will be assigned a six-digit employer account number and a PIN via mail
Update your Homebase account with your Kansas Employer Serial Number. Your Employer Serial Number is required for all Kansas interactions to ensure your account is accurate.
