What's happening?

We’re upgrading our billing system between Oct 24, 2022 and Nov 4, 2022. During this time period, you won't be able to add a new credit card to your Homebase account. Once the upgrade has completed, your ability to add a new card will be restored. 

When will I be able to add a new credit card to Homebase?

You can add a new credit card after Nov 4, 2022.  

Can I make changes to my plan during the billing system upgrade?

Yes! During the upgrade, you can change your plan and add locations using an existing card on file. You can see your current plan details here or sign into and select "Settings" from the left-hand navigation, then choose "Plan & Billing" from the Settings menu.
