When do updates need to happen?

The notice will provide a date at which the new rate or deposit frequency will take effect.

Why is it important?

Changes to your tax information will need to be updated in Homebase in order to withhold and calculate taxes correctly and to ensure deposits on your behalf are made in a timely manner. Failure to do so could result in penalties.
