Giving Homebase admin access to your Paychex Flex account is easy! Follow the steps below and let our team know if you have any questions. We are here to help!
Log into your Paychex Flex account
Step 1: Click the Users icon on the top right corner of the dashboard.
Step 2: Select + ADD and select User.
Step 3: Enter in the below information in the Basic Information section.
First Name: Payroll
Last Name: Admin
(example: Bob Smith Sandwiches -> payrolldata+BobSmithSandwiches@joinhomebase.com)
Step 4: Scroll down to the newly created user and change the admin role to Super Admin.
Step 6: Let your Sales Person know you've completed the steps and you're all set!
